Both the main Helensville A&P Association building, and the entire grounds, are available for hire for private functions.

Building Hire

• Hireage includes use of hall, kitchen and hall toilets.
• Furniture available: bench seats, trestle tables, misc chairs.
• Equipment available: two fridges, oven, laser boiling unit.
• Please enquire regarding pricing.

Key Holder Hire

You can purchase a key to access the Showgrounds to ride your horse.

• Refundable key bond $56.25
• Annual Fee $112.50
